WHAT IS A “FAMILY” AT HICKORY HILLS CAMPGROUND?
A “family” is Mom, Dad and unmarried dependent children under age 18. Our rates are based on the entire family!!!

Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to camp without their parent.
CHECK IN TIME
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. ($1.00 per hour for early arrival)
CHECK OUT TIME
Check out is 4:00 p.m. ($1.00 per hour late departure – to be paid before
4:00 p.m. and acceptable only if site is not already reserved.)
WEEKLY, MONTHLY, SEASONAL RATES

RESERVATION DEPOSITS – Please read carefully
We will make every effort to reserve the site you request, but we cannot guarantee specific sites.
Reservations for Weekend Camping for individuals or groups are a 2 night minimum.
Reservations are held only when secured by your first night’s camping fee.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
The full balance is pre-paid, due one month in advance. Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum.
DEPOSITS
Your deposit must be received within 14 days of making the reservation. Reservations not secured by deposit will automatically be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will received a choice of a refund of deposit less a $10.00 bookkeeping fee or a Certificate of Credit for the full amount of the deposit to be used by October 15th of the current camping season.
Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a full lossof the deposit. Management reserves the right to ask anyone not in compliance with the rules to leave the campground premises. If you are asked to leave you will surrender all camp fees. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss or injury from any cause to your property or person. Campers and visitors use of all facilities and amenities are at their own risk.
